Tungsten Carbide Sand Nozzle is manufactured using high-grade, heat-treated steel coupled with a zinc oxide coating, which together help prolong nozzle life. This high performance nozzle has six 15° or 30° replaceable tungsten steel carbide orifices and two outward-angled front replaceable tungsten steel carbide orifices, which help maintain top flow and calibration of the water jets for the life of the nozzle. This equals efficient use of water, energy and time in maintaining a sewage or water collection system.
A great nozzle for blasting through sand, dirt and gravel build-ups and blasting the particles back to the manhole in 4” to 18” pipe. This nozzle, featuring a 1” FPT connection, is available for sewer cleaning machines up to 80 GPM and up to 2500 PSI pump pressure. Replacement jet orifices are available.
